This is a free group event that I’ll be hosting. You can join from the comfort of your own home via audio. 

I will guide you through a couple short embodied exercises that help you sense your own body and breath. Then you’ll be guided into meditation enabling you to listen to yourself. 

When we take time out to connect with ourselves and listen to our inner voice and needs, we can make sure to take aligned action in life. Give yourself the gift of making time to tune in.
